Jason has been leading businesses through an era of exponential digital change across North America for over 25 years. He is a senior leader and mentor with an extensive technology background. From his roles with Long View, Apple, Robots & Pencils and Chata.ai, Jason has accumulated a tremendous amount of technical experience, including managing enterprise data centers, leading global software development teams, and directing cutting-edge AI/ML scientists.

Melissa Martin is our Strategic Edge Facilitator and Business Advisor. Melissa founded Wean Green in 2009 when she was on maternity leave from teaching first grade in Canada. She saw a market need for an eco-friendly storage option to store her homemade baby food and toddler snacks for her 2 daughters.

Angus brings 20 years of technology experience to Alberta Women Entrepreneurs (AWE). When he's not busy supporting Companies going through the BOLD Leadership, you can find him building MVPs and supporting startups through his role as the President of Phosphene, a digital consultancy. Previously, he was the Global Managing Director for CUSP, annually ranking in the Top 40 as one of the strongest digital agencies in the world by Awwwards & FWA. He was also President & CEO at CleanNow, a successful on-demand home cleaning startup.

Tina specializes in viewer engagement, creating emotional connections through messages, stories, and visuals that resonate and move people to action. She is the Creative Director of Torch 7 Creative’s marketing communications projects.

Ed is a senior management consultant with over 35 years of management consulting and information technology experience for both public and private sector firms including extensive work with provincial and municipal governments and not-for-profit organizations. His expertise includes program evaluation, strategic planning, performance measurement, project management, operational effectiveness reviews, policy development, board governance, change management and business process re-engineering.
