AWE Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is comprised of a diverse group of professionals who are committed to AWE’s vision. Ideal candidates are passionate about AWE's mission and contribution to the economic benefit of Alberta and understand the challenges and opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Holding a seat on the AWE Board is an opportunity to collaborate on the policies and business practices needed to realize gender parity.

Application Process

If you are interested, please submit an application to the AWE Board Secretary containing a resume or CV along with a cover letter highlighting qualifications and interest in joining our Board.

We thank all applicants for your interest. Applications will be reviewed in relation to Board governance needs. Only those selected for interviews will be contacted to advance to the next step in the selection process. New Directors will be elected for a renewable three-year volunteer term.
