This Learning Lab series is for business owners and their teams that have already identified a gap in their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to Finance, and are looking for support building a digital strategy to support that transformation. This 2 part series hones in between ideation and implementation, focusing on building the digital strategy plan for finance, understanding what’s possible and de-risking your investment through good strategy development.
Ultimate Goal: To accelerate digital adoption for women owned businesses, and improve the success rate of SMEs as they build digital strategies around their transformation projects. Where possible, we will raise awareness for AI opportunities within your business.

Learning Outcomes:
Work together to identify the vision for your digital transformation idea
Identify and validate "use cases", including how we can prioritize them from most valuable to least valuable
Categorize the opportunity into "moonshots vs. quick wins" that can propel the organization forward
Review examples of what other companies have done to drive digital change
Learning Lab Session #2: September 12th, 2024, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm MST,
Learning Outcomes:
Identify an action plan for the business, to help plan for how we can make your vision a reality.
The key to digital transformation comes down to managing risk, and we’ll review opportunities to de risk your DT Project from the outset.
Lastly we’ll discuss the components of a solid development brief, as you begin to outline what specifically needs to be built (and by who). This includes a summary of a project timeline, deliverables and accountability (RACI).
