When he’s not busy working with our incredible Bold Leadership Cohorts or leading webinars on all things eCommerce, he is the President of Phosphene, a digital consultancy. Previously, he was the Global Managing Director for CUSP, leading the business from $0 to $2M ARR and annually ranking in the Top 40 as one of the strongest digital agencies in the world by Awwwards & FWA. He was also President & CEO at CleanNow, a successful on-demand home cleaning startup.

Angus has a track record of delivering improved business results, building stronger and scalable business and technology operations, and increasing organizational speed of value delivery. He loves solving problems, making things work better and uses technology and automation in every part of his professional and personal life. He knows how to build high-performing teams and clear the path for those teams to do great things together.

He’s a father of three, husband, traveler, avid reader, long-serving board member of Little Aspen, and has a decent jump shot.
